Description of Work: Came out for an estimate, was prompt and courteous, however, didnt inspire confidence in ability to do the job - didn't ask about square footage of home, didnt talk about size of unit that would be required, etc... in the end we did not go forward with the project

Everything functions as advertised, the system is a model of efficiency and his crew were always on time, in communication and professional. Cool Heat was almost $7,000 less than the nearest other bid and he used higher quality components and custom built the manifolds and system controls. If you want radiant heat done right use Paul at Cool Heat.
Description of Work: Paul installed a complete radiant heat system in my 107 year old house to replace a 70 year old forced air system. This was a total heating system replacement, including boiler, in floor pex and baseboards in a four level 3,500 square foot home.

Description of Work: We've used Paul now for a couple of years to put in tankless hot water heater, and hot water boilers for our properties. We are extremely satisfied with his workmanship and professional attitude. He always puts the customer and the job first. He goes out of his way to keep everything a very high quality of workmanship and products. In some situations we would makes changes in the design part way through the project and he would not gouge us or complain about the change. The products that he recommends are very reliable. I have worked with contractors for over 45 years and Paul is one of the most pleasant qualified Contractors out there.
