CONCRETE CORING CO did a great job leveling the floor. He came on time and got right down to work. A couple hours later it was all done and the ridges in the floor were gone. I was happy with the work that got done and felt that it was a good price considering the labor and expensive equipment required. They did warn me that this was a messy process and gave instructions on how to protect the walls with plastic. I think they underestimate just how much muck gets flung out from the grinding wheel, however. If you ever get this done be sure to block the openings under the doors or you will end up with splatter in the next room. When putting up plastic on the walls be sure to tape it down at the bottom since the motor in the grinder will be blowing out air that can occasionally cause the plastic to lift up if it is not secured at the bottom. Not a huge deal, but this stuff is impossible to clean off of any kind of porous surface like walls with flat paint. Thankfully we were planning on repainting so the places where the splatter flew up under the plastic just got painted over.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks out. They came on time and did the work quickly--just charged me the minimum trip fee. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again.

It went great, first off I thought I had a 6" slab 10' x 8' x 6". So I got a different quote $2.10 per foot with a 150$ minimum. After the young man bobby, did the job, very well I might add, he told me that the slab was only 3 inches thick versus the 6 inches I thought. He told me that companies dig the edges deeper to fool the inspectors and customers making the slab look thicker. Because the slab was half as thick, he could not charge me the $2.10 per foot but $.60 per foot. Because the cost was under the minimum he charged me the minimum. Informative, professional and honest. A rare set of values for companies today. I will use them for all my concrete needs and recommend them to everyone.

Overall experience good. Decent quality work. Concrete was indeed cut.
