 + -1 moreHe was the most reasonable cost of everyone I called. There was no 2 hour appointment window or hourly minimum, he just showed up on time at the time I needed him. He understood the urgency of the repairs I needed so made time for same day repair. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. He even left us with extra parts and trained me on how to do the repair myself if I ever needed to. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: He repaired my existing system (broken and faulty window sensors) even though the system was a competitor's who had gone out of business.

He arrived at our house within an hour of my call, checked out the situation and our requirements, and gave us an immediate quote. He returned the following morning with the alarm equipment. The entire system was up and running within 2 hours. Chuck worked diligently to be sure everything was perfectly installed. He clearly explained how to use the system, and he left us written instructions and a DVD users guide. He gave us his business card and wrote his name and phone number on the printed alarm user guide. He told us to be sure to phone him if we have any questions or if we want to add anything to the system. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the security alarm business, and he is an expert. And I like to be able to support a local small business. I highly recommend this company for anyone considering any kind of security alarm system.
