They told us they had not received a signature from us on a paper so that is why we had heard nothing back from them. We signed the paper and faxed it back to them. We had wanted the job done in September. It got done in May.
Description of Work: This roofing company put on a vent ridge to our roof.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PLEASANT ON THE PHONE AND CAME TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY ONCE WE DECIDED TO USE THE COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND KEPT THE WORKSITE VERY CLEAN.
Description of Work: REPAIRED ROOF BY USING 6 BUNDLES OF SHINGLES, REPLACING ALL RIDGES AND RESEALING ALL ROOF JACKS.
