We provide professional design consultants to take advantage of your homes features and bring out and enhance the aspects of your home. Darci set an initial appointment and never showed. He had forgotten the appointment which was set just a few days earlier. We rescheduled and he came out and spent about 2 hours discussing the project. The plan was for him to spec out the work at a high level and provide options / cost ranges for each item by early the following week. It has been a month with no communication. I followed up with him and still with no response. I normally don't post this stuff, but this is very consistent with the other reviewer. If he cannot follow up when he is trying to get your business, what would happen once you pay and get started. Just not good customer service (even before the sale).

It never went anywhere. Someone came to my house and wasted almost 2 hours of my morning he promised to get back to me with some kind of plan for my yard and completely blew me off. I called to check in after about three weeks and he told me he'd have it to me by the following week. Still nothing...
Description of Work: I needed my back and front yard landscaped.

Everything went incredibly well. Darci and his team are professional, reasonably priced, and complete beautiful work, which is exactly why we re-hired him 3 summers in a row for all phases of our project.
Description of Work: Darci and his amazing team did a 3 phase project in our backyard over 3 summers which included a siloam stone side yard walkway with lighting and landscaping, a stamped concrete patio and gas fire pit, a 3 -tiered cascading water feature, 2 container gardens,and an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, refrigerator, keg-orator, and granite countertops.
