Horrible. See above. I have requested pics of the work they completed and they will not supply it. Che pretended not to know but the CFO gone and Will remains. DONT USE THEM ever. Deceptive, unprofessional and it’s scary that they are in this line of work.

CHE was recommended by my insurance company for the work provided. Large job of removing asbestos floor tiles and remediation of mold due to the ball being dropped by both my insurance company and restoration company hired by my insurance company. The estimate given my insurance company and amount invoiced were exact to the penny. The job was larger than originally estimated, and they were very busy, however I feel there could and should have been better communication with the homeowners . A 3 day job took a full week, which was no problem at all, but would have liked to have been better informed about exactly what was being done and when. Workers showed up on time as scheduled, but unfortunately, we were never quite sure when they were scheduled. That said, the basement in our 50+ year old home looks almost like new. The crew working was VERY courteous and left the place very clean and tidy when the work was finally finished. Quality of work was an A+, the only thing bringing down the total grade was the communication. Nobody likes a knock on the door early on a Sunday morning with no warning. We could have made arrangements to be out of their way had we only known they were coming to work on Sunday. The crew on site were more than understanding about these issues and were completely professional. A+ to the crew doing the job.

Based on their reviews on Angie's list, I called and talked with Che to come and give me an estimate on a large home with Asbestos in plaster and ceilings. I emailed him the Asbestos testing report will all the details. He confirmed they would meet me at the house on Saturday at 1. Its a rental house so I had to do some scheduling to get it available. I called back one day before our appointment to confirm and was assured they would be there. I gave my cell number and contact info. They never showed up - and never followed up on the phone. Leaving me scrambling to find others.

We wanted to know if we needed to add vents to our crawl space to keep the humidity down. CHC drove 45 minutes up the mountain to evaluate our situation. Discovered one of our existing vents wasn't venting and fixed it and then said we didn't need to do anything - we were fine. They proceeded not to charge us for the call. We have used this company before and they have always been on time, effective, personable and provide a great service for a good price. I recommend them without hesitation!

Absolutely loved the company and the crew. They showed up on time and worked long hours for 5 days straight. They even worked over the weekend and did what needed to be done when some of the work ended up being more significant than they expected. The guys were great with my kids and dog and always polite and respectful of our house. The work they did in the basement is great. They took a space that always seemed "yucky" (and apparently for good reason) and made it clean and safe for my family. On trash day, they noted it and made a point that their work trucks be parked so the trash truck won't be hindered. My neighbors don't even think about that. I would hire them again in a minute and recommend them to anyone. They are a young group of guys - don't let that turn you off. They are polite, good mannered and very hard working. Most importantly they get the job done and don't cut corners. Also, they appear to be fairly priced for the quality of work you receive.
