I was excited to begin moving in to my new home, on the day of close (Fri), but upon seeing the home that evening without the previous owner's belongings inside, I realized that the home was much dirtier than I had first thought and I was very disappointed, to the point of buyer's remorse. After reading reviews, I called CCS cleaning services early the next morning (Sat) probably around 7:30a, and I was expecting to leave a message, but happily Vera answered the phone. She was very courteous and agreed to meet with me a couple of hours later that morning. She assessed the home and gave me a price of $89.99 up front. The home is about 2165 sq ft. with three beds, 2.5 baths. I gave cleaners the key to the home, came the next morning while I was not there as I was still living in my old home. The and quot;newand quot; home had some especially dirty places (dark, almost black dirt) on the walls, and the previous owner's clothes washer and dryer were still there, dirty, and had some items behind them, (ie. underwear, laundry detergent bottles, hairballs etc.). The duo thankfully removed those items, and cleaned around the washer and dryer the best that they could as well. They had been cleaning for about 2 hours when I went to the home to check on some window sizes. The house was already sparkling and the walls looked amazing! I really couldn't believe it was the same house. CCS had also cleaned the garage door and swept the garage as well. At the time I hired CCS, the kitchen water would not get hot and I'm sure that made it difficult to clean, but they did a great job regardless. They finished in plenty of time for the carpet cleaners to make it that same day. I'm very happy I chose CCS were very pleasant, honest, and professional- and the house really shined- It made such a big difference to move into a home that I knew was now clean! I highly recommend Colorado Cleaning Service, Inc, and would use their services again.

I was looking for a cleaning service. My roommates are beyond messy and with my busy schedule I was finding it difficult to keep up with up-keeping our large house. I'm not sure why it took me so long to decide to hire a cleaning agency, but once I did I can honestly say I was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. ccs,l inc is affordable, professional and courteous as well. I had to leave midway during my first house cleaning but I was able to work out details so the housekeeper could come back later. Also, there was a slight misunderstanding on timing(my fault) but after calling ccs they were quick to work with my schedule and accommodate my request. I've had a couple different housekeepers so far, but I will be sticking with Irina. She is incredibly efficient with a great eye for detail, my house never looked so good. Honestly she went above and beyond what I expected and even took the time to reorganize my disaster of a kitchen. I am very pleased with the service I had and I will continue to use this company.

This accident happened and our insurance agent sent over this company, CCS. Hole in the house and our fence was down. They did show up right away. Project Manager, Ted, was very nice and polite. Started picking up fence and tried to make it secure for the evening. Went into the house and started cleaning up the mess in there, claimed they did our dishes but we did them ourselves. Took down the french door from the hinge. Next day they started writing down suggestion on what should be done. Cabinets were from 1926 and we wanted to keep these cabinets and we made that clear. They said they would have to get fans to get the kitchen dry. They said all kitchen, bedroom to the south, living room off the kitchen, and then the bedroom off the living room floors would all have to be redone since they are wooden floors all connected together stemming from the kitchen and they needed to match. Ted said he was going to order new custom cabinets after we mentioned we wanted to keep these 1926 cabinets and have them rebuilt with Honey-Pine. Two days after the cabinet ordeal is when everything really started going downhill. We did clean a lot of stuff ourselves and they tried to bill us for the things that we cleaned. Ted did build a barrier so that we could stay there and feel safe staying in our house.

Hi, i just wanted to complimented the services. We had a great cleaning yesterday and its work very well. Galina was great, I would love her to come back to my house again. Originally I was under impression that I ll get 2 people because my house was not cleaned for a long time, so once Galina arrived I was a little bet worried that its too much for one person. I was wrong, she get started right away after the tour and was so fast and efficient, I can't believe how great of the job she did...all the baseboards was cleaned by hands, corners, she even spent time cleaning underneath my bed and sofas ( I did not knew i have so much stuff underneath, lol). Yes, overall great job, very honest, hard working, nice. Was a pleasure to have you at my home. Many thanks!

The job was done fantastically, very professional my rental property looks like new.

The first appointment, they were a no-show, no-call. Against my better judgement, scheduled another time with them. The two girls were 4 hours late and their equipment was inadequate for home cleaning. They only had a shop vac, which is fine for a shop floor but for carpet, you really need a vacuum that has a spinning brush. But the worst part is that they scratched my cabinet faces, counter tops and appliances. The owner, Vera, did not take any responsibility and was so intimidating and threatening to deal with, I can't imagine that house cleaning is really what they are up to... Beware!

I let the lady on the phone know that I had just purchased a home and needed help with some deep cleaning before the painters got there the following day. The home was empty. We set up a time and I called in to change the time to an hour later which she said was fine and they still showed up at the original time. I didn't even think the 2 workers that came spoke English because they wouldn't talk at all. I gave them some specific instructions, which I didn't know if they could understand, like this room doesn't need done and can you clean the baseboards ect. and they said okay. None of which they paid attention to. They went in rooms I told them didn't need done and didn't touch the baseboards. The guy did a descent job shop vacuuming the floors but the lady who was doing baths and kitchens didn't do a thorough job at all. They were not even that dirty and she left toothpaste in the sink, ring in the toilet bowls, you could tell she didn't even wipe the outside of the toilet, and I found little things still in the shower. She just ran the hot water on full blast the whole time she was in an area and pretended to be wiping down things. When I asked her to wipe above the cabinets along the wall where the painters would be painting she acted like a snobby supermodel that thought I was crazy to be asking that and then she tried and said "It not coming off" then stopped. She was talking to the guy in Russian after I asked and laughing, pretty sure because I asked her to do that. All in all I felt like I paid $110 for someone to vacuum the floors. I hired the service bc I needed help with cleaning prior to painting and ended up having to do it all myself anyways. At the end they finally started talking more, almost like they didn't want me to know that they understood English or knew what I was saying so I wouldn't give them instructions. I felt like these cleaners were ridiculous!

We have had Colorado Cleaning Service come to our house a few times a quarter for the last few years. They have always had a bit of a problem with punctuality and finding our place, even though the company has been there several times. The quality was always good, however, and the price excellent, so we kept hiring them. However, in the last 4-5 months the quality has fallen off drastically. We are always careful to pick up the entire house prior to their arrival so that they are just doing cleaning. They have started shorting us on time, and not doing a thorough job (carpets still dirty, dust, nothing moved during dusting) etc. This is more than frustrating. They still charged the full amount. Additionally, we have a hard time communicating with the cleaners, and we don't get a consistent person. They keep taking our bag of dirty cloth diapers and throwing them in the trash, even when marked "NOT TRASH, DON'T TOUCH". This is a problem because we get charged for missing diapers from our service.

These peeps are pretty decent. Had them booked for a "move-out" cleaning for the low low price of $54.99 for 3 hours. (Same price even though he only cleaned for 2 1/2 hours but whatever) YES I do not want to spend my time cleaning our old place when I'm up til the wee hours of the morning finishing packing. Actually I was finishing packing while he was cleaning haha.They have a website but I actually found them on craigslist initially. I believe that it is a family owned business? I felt a little bad when it was a older Russian man (Vitalli) that showed up to clean our rental house with all his cleaning gear, but then I saw that we pulled up in a Lexus SUV which is way nicer than what I drive so that went away...Vitalli was very quick and thorough. Running around my house grunting and mopping. Dusted ceiling fans, scrubbed doors, cleaned the oven, whole nine yards. He was fast and friendly (from what I was able to understand) and my favorite AFFORDABLE! Even brought whatever random items found in closets that we missed in packing to my attention. Sounds like he cleans lots of bigger houses than mine...so even though it started a little weird for me, it ended well. He made the stainless shine and the place was WAY cleaner than when we moved in.

The first appointment they didn't show up and when I called, they said the house before me was really dirty and we'd have to reschedule. The day they did come, they left early and I noticed they didn't get a lot of stuff done, like dusting the furniture or vacuuming under the small throw rugs. The one mirror they did wash was actually cleaner before they washed it. But worst of all, today when the sun streamed in, I noticed that my kitchen counters, my cabinet faces and my new stove were all scratched. It looks like they threw the iron stove burners around on the stove because the enamel is completely gouged through. I didn't want this to happen to anybody else. Call any other company.

The house cleaner was helpful, quick and did not waste time. However, when she cleaned-out the two refridgerator/freezers she messed with the temprature settings. One freezer was filled with over $350 of food that defrosted and had to be thrown-out. When the items melted, they ran all over in the freezer and made a HUGE mess! When I notified the owner she was very dismissive and made no offer to correct their error. Because I was in the process of moving into the house and was in various stages of unpacking, I needed to reschedule the weekly cleaning three different times. However, the cleaner was ill and had to re-schedule two different times, so I really did not feel as though re-scheduling was a big deal. The last scheduled visit, I had a close friend wait at the home to meet with the cleaner to arrange to give them a key. I received a call from the owner, who stated that there was no one at the house. I called my friend and verified that she had been waiting with the door open and was listening for the cleaner. When I explained this to the owner, she was very rude and hung-up on me.

In the cleaning supply metal basket, there was bleach. this basket was placed on our cloth, counter stools and made a bleach stain. I called the owner of Colorado Cleaning and she said she would have to talk with the girl responsible. When the owner called to confirm cleaning for today (3/19) I asked her how this damage was going to be handled. She told me that I would have to talk to the cleaning girl. She said she heard her side of the story and ours. It was my husband who found the spot after that cleaning service so it isn't something that we produced. The owner of Colorado Cleaning failed in responding to one of her clients by putting the policies of her company on the back burner and having the cleaning girl take control of the situation. My husband and I both feel that this company failed miserable with the 'bonded & insured' reassurance that we recieved over a year ago when we hired them. The owner took no responsibility to damage done in our home or to come and assess the damage herself. We took it upon ourselves to recover the damaged cushion before the cleaning happen today. The damage is still under the new cover but we didn't have to go spend money on two new stools. We are very disappointed on how this incident was handled by Vera at Colorado Cleaning.
