Colby was great - the plumber came at the time promised with all the parts and supplies necessary to do the job. He was prompt, professional, cleaned up after the work, and the price was fair. This is my new go-to plumber.

On each occasion I had the same tech by the name of John. He did an excellent job every time he came and always cleaned up after himself which is a nice added bonus. He was always on time and very professional.

All went quite well. They arrived on time and began work promptly. Installed all plumbing and other necessary fixtures well and firmly. Nothing looked sloppy or haphazard. Checked out each appliance for one full cycle to assure full function. Completely cleaned up after themselves. VERY pleased.

Scott has done the plumbing work in our house and also on our rental properties. We didn?t get charged for the last service provided by them. We have a hot water heater which is 6 years old. The question is if it is still under warranty, but we can?t get an answer about it and it?s kind of dragged on. However, they have provided high level of service and attention to detail so far. I feel that anything can happen to anybody. I wouldn?t like to downgrade them despite the fact that you need be at the top as far as repair, service or request is concerned so that it?s done in a timely manner. I would be more than willing to use their services again.

I provided the new sink, faucet and garbage disposal and had the old faucet disconnected and did my best to loosen the caulk around the old cast iron/enamel sink. Scott and my husband had to work together to get the heavy sink out. We had to make the opening for the new sink larger, this involved removing tiles and supporting under layers and then piecing things back together, this did take up a bit of time we hadn't planned on but once done Scott got everything hooked up and working fine.

They're easy to deal with; they're reliable; they do good work. They have all of the important ingredients you want in a contractor. You want to be able to trust him to come into your house.

I like Scott Colby. He came out and fixed the pipe burst the very day that we called him and it was late at night. We have also used him in the past for other things. He is professional and punctual. His prices and quality are excellent.
