Hi, I used this company because they came up on your referral list. I contacted them and was referred to one of their Sales Reps, Ron. We dealt with Ron who seemed to be very knowledge and helpful. He took all our information, copies of our policy, pictures of the house, we meet up with him to discuss which shingles we wanted etc. We spent a good amount of time on the phone, in person and exchanging information. Although things seemed to be moving a bit slowly, we were assured he was working with our insurance company to make sure they were covering everything that needed to be covered etc. After not hearing back from Ron after a couple of weeks, I called the main office and learned that he had left the company. I talked to Dave, the owner who apologized and said he would take care of everything. He gave me the feeling as he was going to take care of it. So again, I took his word for it. He said that we would need to resend him all of our information because Ron had taken our file. Now, here we are over 2 months since our initial call into Classic Roofing and I have not heard a word from Dave, the owner who promised to make things right for us. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They are unresponsive and not trustworthy. They have completely wasted our time.

ORIGINALLY, THE OWNER WAS GOING TO OVERSEE THE WORK AND DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, HE WASN'T ABLE TO COME. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, WE HAD TO HAVE HIM COME BACK AND FIX THE EDGING AND CLEAN UP AFTER HIS CREW LEFT.
