Description of Work: Brad King of Classic Custom Construction was our contractor for an addition we had to a historic home where we added an additional 500 square feet upstairs, a 500 square foot basement, and turned an old bedroom into a new bathroom. Brad was one of the most professional people that I have ever dealt with. He worked hand in hand with our architect and made suggestions to the plans during the initial phases of the process. His price quote was fair and realistic considering the scope and quality of the work. Once the plans were approved, his knowledge of the entire construction process from the excavation of the basement and foundation, to the framing of the walls and the installation of the roof, to getting the entire project under wraps is what sets him apart. He was on site every day involved with the construction and working with all of the contractors to make the process smooth and easy. His attention to the smallest of details is one of the things that set him apart from many of the other contractors we were considering. He always kept us “in the loop” as far as how the project was progressing and made additional suggestions whenever necessary. He was extremely punctual every day and if he was even going to be even twenty minutes late, he would call to let us know. Rarely have I ever worked with someone as dedicated, caring, considerate and professional as Mr. Brad King. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any type of construction, remodeling, or building job. We are more than pleased not only with the way the project looks but also with the small touches that made this addition special for us. + 4 moreBrad from Classic Custom Construction Company was wonderful to deal with. The quality of the work done was wonderful. Brad had a lot of creative ideas. There were some obstacles that came along the way which he had solutions for. He was just very reputable. His communication was very clear. He was very relaxed throughout the project. He showed up on the job everyday. He was pretty focused on our job. He doesn?t take up too many projects at a time. I was not worried about the wages because I knew that he was moving as quickly as he could. We have had quite a few bids for this work and he wasn?t the absolute cheapest. However, his prices were quite competitive. The work probably wouldn?t have turned out to be so good if I had gone with the cheaper company. I would use his services in the future. UPDATE 10.10.12 There was an issue with the plumbing, we had a leak that caused some damage. It wasn't plumbing they had performed, it was a preexisting condition in the house. They stepped up and they were great about rectifying the problem without charging anything.
Description of Work: I used Classic Custom Construction Company for three and a half months of remodeling work at my house. They finished my basement and built a bathroom there. They converted two small bedrooms into one large master bedroom. They converted a small bathroom into a large master bathroom. They replaced windows. They also did some electrical work. They installed lights on the ceiling. They did a lot of tile work in the kitchen and the bathrooms. They installed our new appliances. They tore down the entire hang in the backyard and put up a pergola.
