Working with Cindy, it was clear she had in-depth knowledge of the local market, presented herself in a professional manner and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Through inquisitive questioning, she gained an understanding of my needs and delivered perfectly. I've bought two homes in the past and worked with two other realtors; both were an absolute nightmare. Cindy changed my outlook on what a "Professional Realtor" means and she proved it every step of the way. With all the challenges I faced in this transaction, Cindy did a thorough job explaining each step in the process and keeping me informed. She's timely with her responses, she's empathetic to the emotional stresses of purchasing a home and deep down it shines through that she cares & wants the best for her clients. I worked with a Lender, Inspector, Mold Mitigation and Sewer Company that Cindy recommended. All were above par and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Cindy to anybody looking to have a "different" realtor experience than the old run-of-the-mill part-time agent. The knowledge, compassion and professionalism of Cindy is beyond words. She truly changed my perception on realtors and I wish every realtor held themselves accountable the way that she does.
