+ 1 moreNot good, he did show up for a quote which was given the same day on the spot. However, his receptionist is horrible. Since our estimate appt on Sept 10th I still am waiting to hear back from his receptionist. She sounds very young and has no training as to customer service. I have been trying to modify the service scheduled for October 10th and unfortunately I now need to cancel due to the fact I am getting absolutely no response. I would not recommend this vendor until he is able to rectify his front desk situation.

Description of Work: I phoned to get estimate appt. 4 wks before appt date. I didn't feel confident the receptionist got it right so I called back 2 days later to confirm the appt. She said she indeed had it. Today I waited and the 10am appt time came & went without anyone showing up or calling. I phoned twice in the 45 minute period after the appt. No answer, so I left message. Finally at 11:15, 1.25 hrs after the scheduled appt time, receptionist called to reschedule. No apology! The reason I went with this company was for timing--& then they didn't even show! This doesn't bode we'll for service, so I am going with someone else. They may do good work, but I don't have that time to waste.
