+ -1 moreNathan has been working on our portfolio of houses in the Boulder area for the past 6 months or so, from complex projects that require permits to smaller fixes and preventive work. The jobs have been in vacant and occupied homes, he's able to work around the constraints of units that have tenants and have been respectful in all aspects. As for the prices and job scopes, Nathan provides ideas and works with owner on cost-effective solutions. I plan to continue to use Chilcoat Electric and would not hesitate to recommend him to other homeowners or landlords.
Description of Work: Full upgrade of electric panel, lighting in attic and bathroom and many other jobs in 5 different properties.
