Cheryl's Cleaning Service

I use her every month. I have been using her for quite an while.

She's very good and very thorough, I've been very pleased so far.

I contacted this provider on January 16th, 2014. At that point due to her schedule her first appointment was going to be January 27th, 2014. We had several emails with directions and additional information the last one being the night of January 26th. Around 8:30 AM I received this e-mail: I would be happy to come this summer and give you two hours free cleaning for your inconvenience. I'm really sorry. Cheryl Summer? What is she thinking. I needed a cleaning service sooner than this summer. How, I wonder, did she decide from a January 27th appointment to summer? Only sent an e-mail, no phone call. If you are going to send a message like this you should at least call. I even contacted her on the 27th and 28th of January asking to please contact me before I place any comments on Angie's list and still no reply. I cannot recommend this service if this is how communication is handled.

Cheryl is meticulous, thorough, prompt, and conscientious. She's very trustworthy, works alone, appreciates those who make an effort to keep their own home tidy, and comes with excellent references. Add us to the list of satisfied references and customers.

It went fine. Cheryl is thorough and caring.

She is great. She still works for me and I am very happy with her. She is here every week. She cleans weekly. She charges twenty five dollars per hour. I like her flexibility. Whatever I need to have done, she is willing to help me do. Cleaning out the storage locker downstairs, washing the windows in the condo, in addition to the regular laundry and dishes. Whatever needs to be done. She is helpful. It is not just a lick and a promise. She does really good work.

Wonderfully. Cheryl has done so many many many odd jobs for us over the years, I can't recommend her enough.
