+ -1 more300.00 quote for straight cleaning (cheapest with no spot treatment or protestant) after initial quote of 150.00 over phone. The guy they sent was not friendly or accommodating, abrupt and seemingly irritated especially when we commented on the 300-500 dollar cost. Won't ever consider them again.

Description of Work: Called about 1.5 hours after they were supposed to arrive. Showed up late and then quoted me almost 30% more than over the phone for less sq footage than had been discussed. I can't say how the actual cleaning is because I turned them away.

+ -1 moreThey were terrible. The house was more dirty after they left then before they came. They did not use anything to clean it. They left dark spots everywhere. When we tried to contact them they said our carpets were so bad that they could not clean them anyway.

+ -1 moreThe people came after the house was emptied so there was no moving of furniture; they a had clear area to work in. The carpets turned out very well and the people who did the work were pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend their services to others in the area.

+ -1 moreThis was a horrible experience. The man came out and began to clean, his hose kept falling apart and he did a lot of damage to my banisters. I stopped him after he did about half the work, refused to pay him (the figure up top is the amount we contracted for, and work was done) and collected his insurance information to repair the damage he did. The part of the house that he did shampoo didnt look any better than before he came. It was terrible.
Description of Work: The contract was to do the entire house, but he only shampooed the upper floor. See the comments.

+ -1 moreCHEM-DRY DID A GREAT JOB. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE OFFICE RETURNED MY CALL QUICKLY AND THE CLEANERS WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO. THE CARPET LOOKED VERY NICE AFTER THEY CLEANED IT AND IT WAS VERY DIRTY BEFORE.
Description of Work: I HAD CHEM-DRY CLEAN ALL THE CARPET AREA IN MY HOUSE. THIS INCLUDED THE MAIN LEVEL, UPSTAIRS AND STAIRS.

+ -1 moreCREW WAS VERY PROMPT, AND ONE MAN ALSO RESTRETCHED A SMALL AREA OF CARPET AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE. THEY WERE PROMPT, AND THE CLEANING TIME THEY GAVE US WAS RIGHT ON. THE STAINS CAME OUT REALLY WELL.
