+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. The work started within a week from giving me the bid. He was very personable. His staff treated my house with respect, which I greatly appreciate. It did take them a little bit longer that I thought it would, however I didn't know that there was five roofs and I don't think they did either, so I don't want to fault them for that. Obviously when it was identified that there were multiple roofs, that should have cost more money, he went ahead and live up to the bid that he had provided, which I really respected. That was great professionalism. In total it took them about five days to do the roof, three days to remove the old roof and two days to put the new roof on. They did have to put plywood down after removing the roof and that was great. I did have to call them back a couple of times just to do some cosmetic things, mainly trimming some flashing. In those situations he was very prompt in responding back to me. He met me at the house and I showed him exactly what I wanted.

Description of Work: At a property we rent out, replaced all roof shingles with lifetime grade, all flashing, gutters & down spouts. Contracted out repairing and painting all hail-damaged surfaces (deck, railings, garage door, etc). Contracted out repairing of all hail-damaged screens.
