 + 0 moreDescription of Work: First they came and gave me an estimate for doing the following: whole house carpet cleaning, whole house duct cleaning and grout and tile cleaning of kitchen. With the 30% discount the estimate was $245 and we set up a date for the whole job. They came a little late due to the previous job taking longer than they thought it would. The team of two were very professional and so efficient. The duct cleaning really made a difference in my condo. I'm in a 3 story building built in 2000 and I'd never had the ducts cleaned. What a difference this made!! They even cleaned the ducts/vent from my dryer. The carpet cleaning went really well too and so did the tile and grout cleaning n the kitchen. They did an outstanding job and the price was much better than a previous carpet cleaner I had used. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreAfter they arrived since it was a 'deal' the used the largest rooms as the basis for the 'deal' . I had them do more than just the three rooms and was very satisfied with the results of all.
Description of Work: The guys did a great job and got some stains out that others were unable. Over all gracious and timely. Nice job on our downstairs basement rug and especially the stairs throughout the house. Yes I would recommend.

 + -1 moreSppedy scheduling and arrived on time. Conscientious attention to moving furniture, getting areas clean, covering shoes, fully suctioning up the water and using fan to speed drying. Two men together made the work go quickly, the process smooth. Good advice on keeping carpet clean and which upholstery would benefit from cleaning.

When finished he asked that I inspect his work & to advise him of any concerns. There were none. Much better than others who have cleaned my carpet. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreWhen I called to make the appointment, they were busy but told me they would call right back and they did. They showed up right at 7am when they told me they would and were done before 9am. There was a bad traffic pattern in the family room and they gave it extra attention and now you can't see any variation between that area and the rest of the carpet. There was also a stain on the stairs to the basement that another carpet cleaner didn't get out - Chancey & Sons got it out. The gentlemen doing the work were very friendly and obviously took pride in doing a good job.

They did not need to move any furniture and were very careful of the belongings in my house. I would certainly refer others to their company.
