THey were prompt, careful, and thorough. They took great care to keep carpets and walls clean, and replaced all registers, etc. They modified the dryer vent inside the house to allow for more thorough cleaning.

They arrived on time, and performed the cleaning as described, professionally.

I have not been able to contact this company. The number provided on Angie's List and on their website is not in service. Therefore, I cannot contract them to do work. I also tried their email address (mail@chanceyandsons.com) and this email bounced back.

Rodney and Josh couldn't have been better. By the sounds of it, they removed an incredible amount of debries from the duct system (and did so without letting any of that stray back into the house), then the followed that with a thorough cleaning of the carpets, There were a couple of spots they couldn't get out, but we were not surprised by that. The carpets look great now - almost as good as new. The entire job took about 5 hours. Even though we did not buy their Angie's list Bid Deal coupons, they honored the Angie's list pricing. We will definitely use them next time we need the carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with Chancey and Sons. They called me the same day I sent the email to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule an appointment for three days later. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I paid, and the representative even reduced the price of cleaning the stairs since it was an unexpected request. The rep arrived on time (7:30am) and he was very friendly. He measured the area being cleaned to get a more accurate price, and after discussing his process he got to work. He moved all of the furniture that needed to be moved and placed it on top of foam blocks so as not to make an impression on the carpet after cleaning. He pre-treated the pet stained areas with an enzyme and proceeded to clean from corner to corner, up to the edges of the walls. I am VERY happy with the outcome. All of the pet stains disappeared and in the last three weeks we have not seen any new stains rise to the top as the carpet dried. It looks brand new though it is actually six year old carpet. The tech was very friendly, and he cleaned up after himself when he left. The whole cleaning took about an hour and it was a job well done. I would definitely use Chancey and Sons again.

We paid for the upholstery on the furniture to be cleaned as well as the carpet in the family room. They did exactly what we asked. It was thorough and worth the money.

I spoke with the owner on the phone to schedule the appointment and he was very nice. He was not able to answer all of my questions, so he had me speak with his technician prior to scheduling. The technician (Rodney) was very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of the appointment, Rodney arrived a little later than scheduled, but he called ahead to let us know. He gave us a time frame for completing the work and finished within that time. My husband was extremely impressed and pleased that Rodney took special care not to damage our walls or floors. He even used his coat to cushion his vacuum hose around corners to prevent any damage! The holes that he needed to make in our duct work were made very neatly and patched well to prevent air leaking. The method of cleaning used (high pressure air blown through ducts and extraction at vents) worked very well for our house as it is brand new, and we had the cleaning done to remove construction dust and debris. I am not an expert, but I am not certain that this would be as effective in an older home that could have more tenacious contents in the ducts. For our purposes, though, the service was excellent and we were very pleased with the results!

They were a little late, but they called me ahead of time to let me know that they were delayed by their previous job. When they arrived, they explained the process in detail and answered my questions fully. I have not had my air ducts cleaned before, and they had to cut a few access holes into my trunk lines and the furnace. I do not know if this is standard or not, but they patched them nicely and we haven't had any issues with the system since the cleaning. We paid an additional $20 to have them clean the dryer vent as well.

I spoke with the owner over the phone to arrange the air ducts to be cleaned soon after we moved into a home. He was friendly. There was an Angie's List coupon that I was going to buy for unlimited ducts for $199. After a couple of days when I went to buy the deal, the deal was no longer for unlimited ducts. When I spoke with the owner, he said he wouldn't be able to offer the original deal anymore because he was losing money on it for homes that had lots of ducts. I was disappointed, but then again, I didn't buy it when I should have. I went ahead and bought the deal for $199 for 10 ducts and paid for the additional ducts. On the day of the service, they service men called to confirm the time of their arrival. They were friendly and worked hard. While this is something that you have to trust was done correctly since you can't see it, I do feel like they did their job. I would use the company again.

The cleaners arrived on time and quickly began working. They pulled back the carpet and treated the pad to eliminate where my pets had urinated and then cleaned the entire basement within an hour. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet, but thanks to them, we do not.

The gentlemen who performed the work showed up on time and did their best to be accomodating and non-invasive. They were VERY thorough and VERY professional. I enjoyed the experience knowing that these men were interested in providing a quality job and awesome customer service.

The guys were great,willing to walk through and talk about what needed to be done in advance, extra work on some particularly dirty spots, OK with moving some furntiure and putting little furnitue shoes on the feet of other furnture items.

The technician that came out was very helpful and cooperative! The people I spoke with on the phone were also easy to work with!

.The next day I notice some of the stains had returned so I called Jim. He sent the team back out and they recleaned all the areas where the stains had reappeared at no cost. The carpet look better then I could have hoped for. Thanks to all, we will be using you again.

All went well. Arrived as scheduled. Explained what would be done and how long it would take. Got started and completed the job as requested. Would recommend. Both friendly and professional.

I manage a small apartment complex and have been using them on a regular basis. They do work with me on price as I a repeat customer. The employee who comes out is very pleasant, is very good with communication, and is very responsive. They are always on time and pleasant to work with.

The cleaners came to the house on time. After a 10m walkthrough of the house, provided us a reasonable estimate (with the Angie's List Discount!) and proceeded to clean the carpets in our house. Only took them about 45m for about 3,000 sq ft of carpeting. The two guys running the crew were very friendly. They certainly went above and beyond in their level of service. Very thorough and answered some of my questions as they worked. Fortunately for us, we had not moved our stuff into the house yet so there wasn't any furniture they needed to move. The one piece of furniture they did lift off the floor was the piano. We had no trouble getting that back into place once the carpets were dry.

These guys were great. The price was great, they were professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They were much lower price wise than Healthy Carpets. They offered to move the furniture without additional charges.

I had these guys come to my house that I am selling about 1 month ago. They were late but they did a good job and were priced right. I called 3 days ago and talked with the owner? I told him I was on a tight schedule and was moving into a new house that I wanted the carpets cleaned before I moved in. I told him I wanted an estimate and was very sure that I would use them at the time to get the job done. I work Monday-Friday and we agreed the guys could come out on Wednesday(today) and estimate and do the the job. I agreed to meet them at 400 pm. I had to take 1 1/2 hours of vacation time to make 400 pm. I waited in the driveway of my empty house until 435pm with no word in 93 degree heat. I called the main number and spoke with the owner? He told me that the guys had a number of emergency calls that day and were way behind schedule. He said he told the guys to call me but guessed they got too busy.He said if I was willing they may be able to make it by 530 pm. Really? I cant understand why he (owner?) didnt call me and tell me they were way behind and reschedule so i didn't use my vacation time. I will not use this company again. My time is money. I dont blame the crew, I'm sure they are overworked. if time is no object i'm sure these guys will do ok for you.
