+ -1 moreEric was extremely thorough, detailed and went over everything from beginning to finish. He did a fantastic job and even detected problems I wasn't aware of (such as piping under sink rotting) and he was also innovative and resourceful throughout the two day list of items I needed fixed or completed. He also checked with me first if he needed to purchase something (garbage disposal) to ensure it was within my price range. Eric is very friendly, honest, has a great personality (which makes it easy to work with him) and overall a great experience. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any handyman needs and will refer him to friends and family as well.
Description of Work: Removed old garbage disposal andinstalled new one, removed metal pipes under kitchen sink and installed PVC piping,installed door pulls on kitchen cabinets, modified the bed frame and installed headboard, caulked floor trim, tightened kitchen faucet valve, removed and installed newgoose neck in shower, repaired bathroom sink drain stopper and pull rod. Added door pulls to bathroom cabinet, rotated shower rod andcaulked it in place, removed curtain rod in the bedroom and secured it more tightly,re-hung artwork in bedroom and installed three new art pieces, installed candle sconcein the bedroom, installed two new shelves in the dining area and installed a candlesconce, adjusted the closet doors in the dining area, repaired the closet door in thehallway, thoroughly cleaned two air conditioning units.
