+ -1 moreHe is excellent. I’ve used him a lot and he is really good. Nobody could say what really happened because the faucet hadn’t been used for years but he fixed it. It’s not flooding anymore. He is very reliable and I think he is a fall proprietor actually. He is very reasonably priced and does great work. It’s mainly him but sometimes his nephew comes with him. There is been no complications with them.
Description of Work: I have worked with Cesar’s Plumbing and the last time I used him a couple of weeks ago. He fixed a faucet that randomly started spilling out a lot of water and it flooded the basement.

+ -1 moreCesar did a great job fixing my kitchen sink, replacing the rusted out garbage disposal, and solving a couple of leak problems. He is prompt, reliable, charges reasonable prices (also advised me to approach a problem one step at a time so as not to spend money unnecessarily), and very professional and considerate. I will always call him first with any plumbing problem I have!
Description of Work: Repaired corroded kitchen sink pipes and replaced garbage disposal; also repaired leaking toilet.

+ 0 moreCesar is honest and does good work, and does it with permits. He undercharged me even though he ran into snags with my old plumbing and it took him much longer than he anticipated. He worked into the night to get it done. He is very friendly. The only negative would be that as he is busy, he doesn't always get there exactly when he says, but he will work hard and get it done even if it means working until 9 PM.
Description of Work: Cesar cleaned up what a former plumber did wrong, installed a new gas water heater, and finished up plumbing for a new bathroom.
