Certa-Pro Painters painted, very nicely, all of the trim and doors of my condo. Service was prompt and excellence. There was a little confusion about remission of payment, but I handled later with no hassle. Highly recommend Certa-Pro!

Patrick was easy to deal with: personable and professional and willing to answer many questions. I would recommend you contact him as the franchisee; I cannot vouch for other Certa Pro franchisees. Pat is with Certa Pro of Greenwood Village. His crew was punctual, polite, and did a good job for us. Do deal with Pat. Do take advantage of the services of their decorator.

I'm Happy with them overall. They were a little late getting started and the weather was also a problem so it took a little longer to get it all done then I had thought, but they can't control the weather. They did make sure to have the garage area done in time for our garage sale we were having and they always made sure to not be in the way of anything I had to do. I do wish they would have taken some of the fixtures down and painted under them in case I ever needed to change them out, but they did leave all of the extra paint so it won't be hard for me to touch up around a new fixture if I needed too. They were very professional and walked around the house with me when they were done just incase there was anything I didn't like.

They were fine. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. They were a very professional company. They had a lower bid than another company but I didn't feel as comfortable but that doesn't mean that they wouldn't have done as good a job. They were responsive.

They were competitive. They were professional. I went with another company because they had better ratings in Angie’s List.

Overall they did a good job painting our back patio, its really a mix of indoor/outdoor, but overall, it was an exterior job. The only issue we had, is they used our water and did not understand how a swamp cooler works. It is OBVIOUS that our water line splits and that 1 is for the AC and the other is for the spout. Instead of calling me, or taking 20 seconds to look at it to see the the AC was running, they would either turn both on, or both off. When you turn off the water to an swamp AC unit when it is running, you can kill the pump. We were lucky, but in the future they need to pay attention. My only criticism would be their attention to detail. I had to fix a few of the tight spots that they took no time to paint and there were a few mistakes, but overall, not bad and I have certainly dealt with worse.
