Description of Work: I had the floor drain in the basement back up and a downstairs toilet that seemed to be clogged. This was one Friday I contact my insurance carrier and they put me in touch with CCI Plumbing. They asked if in was an emergency I told them that it wasn't as I did have another toilet and had cleaned up the water. They came out the following Tuesday. Two workers came out tested my sewer and water lines and determined to snake the main sewer line.

+ 0 moreThey checked out our current set up, and listened carefully to what I wanted. He researched my options, and gave me his recommendation and reasons for the recommendation. They, he gave me an accurate estimate and returned to install the water heater within the week. After removing the old water heater, they cleaned the area, re-piped the water lines, and installed the new water heater. They were very polite, communicated effectively and worked quickly. Very professional and clean!!!

+ -1 moreCCI HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED EASILY. THE PLUMBER WAS A LITTLE LATE IN ARRIVING, BUT CALLED AHEAD TO EXPLAIN WHY. WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND AT A FAIR PRICE.
Description of Work: THE FAUCET IN THE REAR OF THE HOUSE WAS LEAKING. BECAUSE IT IS ON ALL THE TIME IN THE SUMMER, DUE TO SWAMP COOLER CONNECTION, THIS CONDITION COULD NOT CONTINUE. CCI REPAIRED & REPLACED THE HOSE BIB ON BACK YARD FAUCET PLUS TIGHTENED SIMILAR FITTINGS ON THE MAIN WATER VALVE.
