 + -1 moreI was headed to Europe for a 2 week trip and I was wishing that there was some way for my bad tenant problem to be dealt with by the time I returned. A friend told me about castle managers so I gave them a call and they began working on my case that day. I purchased the "remove, repair, rerent" package which included the removal of old tenants, repairing of the property and marketing for rerent. I am so grateful that they had a check and a lease from my new tenants waiting for me when I returned. I highly recommend this service.
Description of Work: My tenants were insistent on staying in my rental property and they hadn't paid any rent in 3 months. I called castle managers and the promptly handled my problem. They got my old tenants out, made some necessary repairs and re-rented the apartment to a new reliable tenant all in 7 DAYS!

Castle Managers Property Management offers the following services: We provide full eviction and property management services. The process typically starts with a conversation with your tenants. We will attempt to amicably get them to move out. If they refuse we begin the eviction procedure which will take 10 - 15 days. Next we clean your property from top to bottom and paint. Finally, we derive the average rent for your area based on square footage and list your property for rent. We also offer monthly maintenance services which include rent collection.
We cannot perform any major repairs or remodeling as part of our service packages. These items are subbed out. We will provide a list of things that require repair along with an estimate from our subcontractor for your approval. However, you may opt to hire your own contractor. Additionally, all services must be paid in advance.
