There was not enough staff on the floor. This company has poor sales service in the SALES ROOM. The show room is fabulous. The show room has great displays and really great service, but sometimes the show room does not have enough staff.
Description of Work: I went to the sales room and bought marble flooring for the bathroom. I also bought some large tile pieces so that I could place some house plants on.

We worked with the people at CAPCO to determine what would be the best flooring to put in a down stairs bathroom, they were very helpful. The recommendations they provided were of a very high quality, and fit within our budget.
Description of Work: We had a flood in the down stairs bathroom, and as a result needed to replace the hard wood floor.

Our overall experience with Capco tile was incredible! The selection, the knowledge of their staff and service was exceptional. We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering doing any type of tile work.
Description of Work: My husband, daughter, and I went to Capco because they were actually recommended to us by someone in the industry. We found the most amazing selection of tile to choose from for our main floor bath, laundry room and my daughter's bathroom. They also did a beautiful job of making recommendations on the type and color of grout to use. The installation went smoothly. We are all very pleased with the final look of the tile.

THE FOLKS THERE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. EVEN IN THE DISCOUNT SHOP WE WERE TREATED WARMLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN ABOUT THE DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND EVEN GAVE SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH MIGHT SERVE OUR NEEDS THE BEST. THE MAIN SHOWROOM IS BEAUTIFUL FOR GETTING IDEAS BUT MANY OF THOSE TILES WOULDN'T FIT IN OUR TIGHT BUDGET.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED TRAVERTINE TILE HERE AND GROUT AT A HIGHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. THEY HAVE A 2ND SHOWROOM IN WHICH THEY HAVE CLEARANCE ITEMS. (THESE ITEMS ARE EITHER OUT OF PRODUCTION, THEY ORDERED TOO MUCH OR HAVE SOME EXCESS). THE DEALS IN THERE ARE UNBELIEVABLE.
