During first appointment, he gave estimate that was twice the amount of other bidders. When I asked questions about price, I was given extremely rude responses and even after some investigation were not valid responses for higher price. Asked him to come out and give an alternate installation path, again he was extremely rude and although he text one hour before arriving, he never showed or answered calls/texts. He completely wasted a whole day I took off work to be here and wait. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life and will ensure anyone looking for similar services knows not to even attempt to contact this company.
