Blind Corners & Curves

I called Blind Corners and Curves to see if they carried replacement valance clips for my blinds. The person answering the phone told me to come in and bring a sample of the clip I needed. When I entered the store I was greeted immediately by a person(Cheryl)who was working with someone at the front desk. She asked me what I needed and said she would be with me momentarily after scheduling a time with the person she was meeting with. She returned quickly apologizing for the delay and took my clip to the back to see if she could match it.She came back and brought me 10 clips and said they were close to the size that I had but did not match exactly. She then offered other possible solutions to consider if these clips did not work. When I asked what I owed her, she said just referrals if the opportunity presented itself. I would definitely go to Blind Corners and Curves for any window covering need I had based on the kind, friendly and knowledgeable service Cheryl provided on an insignificant transaction. (By the way, the clips fit)

I worked with Cheryl Waterman who was delightful, very helpful, and has a great eye for color and design. Everything was completed when they promised and was installed professionally (there were 4 separate installations). The quality of all the items is excellent! In addition, I had a pleated shade that needed to be restrung ... I appreciated that one of the installers took it down for me and delivered it to the shop for repair. I am very satisfied - I will definitely return to BC&C when I need window treatments!

It went beautifully. They were very polite and professional. They knew exactly what I needed when I wasn't entirely sure. They brought all the samples to our condo. They even went out of there way to drive us to the show room to see more samples.

This particular company has a beautiful showroom where you can look at and play with all sorts of shades and operating systems. They also do repairs which is a plus. I first went to the showroom and met the salesman and discussed my budget and needs before he came to my home and measured. He said he could work within my budget. In the end I didn't chose this company because the salesman ultimately gave me an estimate for one room that used my $5000.00 budget for the entire condo! Happily I found another company (Made in the Shade Blinds) where the salesperson (Nancy Arellano) patiently listened, and came in close to my budget. She was also a pleasure to work with. A few weeks later I did get a follow up e-mail from the management at Blind Corners and Curves with an apology and also an offer to do better (which I appreciated) but since I had already ordered from another company, I did not do business with them.

They referred me to a great vendor who repaired my blinds almost better than new

Jolene arrived 10 minutes early and seemed upset when I had to settle up with another vendor who was finished and leaving. Instead of sitting down and having a drink as I offered, she stated she would send me a quote for the blind she suggested and then schedule another time to go over other options. She showed up with no pictures of options or books with fabrics. Never received a quote or heard from her again.

I was contacted immediately after my 1st email. A representative came out discussed my options and gave me an estimated within a week. I got several estimates which, actually came out around the same amount but most were a little higher. I went with this company because they worked with me to stay in my budget and time. Over all I am quite satisfied.

They were very prompt and professional. They had friendly service.

They were fine. They came when they said. They did what they said they would. I would use them in the future.

We haven?t used them in a few years because we have warranty on Hunter Douglas blinds that we had put up. We take the blinds to their shop if the chords are broken and they ship out, have it fixed and send them back. We did not have to pay anything because it was completely covered under the warranty. Our experience with them has been good. We have to drive in or they will charge $60 to pick up the blinds and taken it and get it fixed and they call me when it is ready. The turnaround has been pretty good and I think that we will continue to use them.

I was impressed and like my choices. It seems to be the high quality Hunter Douglas that I wanted and was professionally fitted and installed. I am only indicating that I paid too much because I did select the highest quality they had and probably could have shopped around, but I feel I could good extra services for the money I spent so it was worth it

Blinds & Curves offered me a better deal price-wise than another company but they had trouble fielding my environmental questions. They are a new company that just started up about six months ago. I think I would not necessarily be opposed to using them down the lines but I would give them some more time to get their knowledge base together and I'd like to see them be able to answer some more of my questions about cleaning and treatment and things like that if I am going to pay them a larger amount of money.

THIS COMPANY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY OUR NEIGHBORS WHOM HAD USED THEM FOR MULTIPLE WINDOWS. THE BLINDS ARE HUNTER DOUGLAS AND WERE INSTALLED PRECISELY.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, LINDA, CAME TO THE HOUSE FIRST TO MEASURE AND GIVE US A QUOTE. SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THE INSTALLER WAS TIMELY AND DID GREAT WORK. THE WINDOW COVERINGS ARE ALL HUNTER SOUGLAS.
