Bird Control returned my call on the weekend when is the best time for me to research and find help. They arrived on time, were courteous, and respectful of my privacy and need to get to work myself. Looked around my house for former issues of woodpeckers and took care of those and best of all, several weeks later and no woodpeckers and no pounding on bedroom walls when sleeping. Yeah!

Doug returned my call in a timely manner and set up a time to come out. He arrived right when he said he would and was very cheerful and pleasant. He assessed my home and found the areas where the woodpeckers had begun a hole and also a large hole they'd successfully made in my house. He brought all the equipment he needed and climbed up to the area and applied a sticky bird repellent and also hung a silver deterrent from a hock that was already there for that purpose. He did the job quickly and also took photos of the areas tha will need to be repaired later in the spring, once the woodpecker season is over, so that his repair guy will know exactly what to bring for the repair when it's time. Very efficient. Doug was so friendly and wonderful to visit with and a pleasure to have come do work at my house.

They came out and installed barriers over the holes that the woodpeckers had created. However, the woodpeckers just started new holes. Eventually they had to pull a permit to exterminate the woodpeckers.
