All went well. The fellow doing the spraying explained everything he was doing and what we could expect after the spraying was done. Prior to the appointment there was an effort made by the company person who called us to upsell into a periodic maintenance program, but we declined this and there was no further pressure.
Description of Work: Took advantage of an Angie's List special to have a preventative spraying done for insects. This was for a rental property.

Went well. Tried to upsell me on some of their bigger options. Were very gracious when I declined all but one upgrade. Tech was friendly and fun to chat with. Seemed to do a great job.
Description of Work: Spider control both inside and out. Paid extra to have the basement and more of the exterior done.

Jordon did a great job. He did out pretreat for the beginning of our quarterly service. He was early and I wasn't home yet so he stopped to do another call to give me time to get home, which was very helpful. He was professional and friendly. Jordon was in and out with no issues and explained everything he did very well. All in all a great experience!
Description of Work: We purchased a deal from Angie's list for a pest control spraying. When I called Ms. Z was great at getting my appointment set for the next day. She asked me if I would be interested in a quarterly service program. Based on the reviews I had read I was ready for this and expected some heavy-handed sales pitch. I know others have said they felt like they were bait and switched or that it was a high-pressure sale, but I would disagree. She did explain the program but had I said no I completely feel like we would have just set my one-time appointment and moved on. As it was she was able to provide me with a great deal on the program that cost about the same as the 2-3 visits a year we were getting from another company. Biggest difference for me is all the follow-up visits are free and they will also come back and take care of other pests and rodents for free between quarterly visits. This is a great program, in my opinion, for the price and I was glad she explained it to me and offered it.

Immediately they wanted to high pressure me into an annual contract which I didn't really appreciate. Also, they said they were unable to find payment once I was ready to have the service performed. I paid Angie's List for the offer and sent them confirmation of the purchase as well as my PayPal transaction ID and they still refused to schedule the work.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the inspector, Heather. If in the future we need pest control services, we will definitely call Berretts.

The company was prompt in responding to my concerns. They set traps initially and the problem went away for two weeks and came back. The company again responded quickly and sent a supervisor out to assess the situation. A tech then came out once again and generally followed the recommendations of the supervisor and set additional traps. The quarterly inspection was performed as promised and the mouse problem has disappeared as well as the spider problem. Excellent responsiveness and customer care.

I was able to call and set up an appointment for next day service. Our service technician called before his arrival and was on time. He seemed very knowledgeable and treated our house with great detail. He will be back in 30 days to check the bait box and traps. We signed up for the quarterly pest plan. Well worth the money, I am extremely happy with the service we received.

This was a Angies List coupon and the scheduling personnel and technician that came to our house were very nice and accommodating. There was a slight feeling of routine and non-chalance to the work that was performed, but it seemed to be effective and well worth the cost.

Very well Jason our technician did an awesome job. I was sold up into a package I really did not need by the sales rep on the phone, but I was in a hurry to make repairs behind the nest to sell our house that I had few options and had to take the deal offered though it was not the one advertised b/c the one advertised did not cover what I needed. Did not want to pay twice as much but had to.
