Great. Technician Shannon Rose is really good at what he does. He courteous, friendly and honest. He loves his job and takes it very seriously. Explained everything he was doing and what I should expect over the next days and weeks. Shannon has also treated my mom's house and we both love him and Berrett Pest Control. Highly recommend.

They changed the date and different person came out. Jordan was really nice and did a great job. I would hire them again. They are not a Colorado company. They are based in another state but have an office here.

The employee that performed the treatment was very professional and nice. He sprayed my entire exterior, to include a stone patio that was set back from the house. He also sprayed the entire interior. Unfortunately, the treatment did not seem to be effective. There was no difference in the level of insects around my home. In fact, I had new infestations in areas where there were none the year prior. I would not waste my money on this treatment again.

Regular perimeter service dramatically cut down the amount of spiders in basement. The only thing I didn't like is that their reminder comes by email the day before with no specific arrival time. If there was more advanced notice, I could tell the technician what I need done and that would prevent the need for them to make a second trip to complete the job.

The company never called me for an appointment. I called them on August 7th, 2017 to ask why and was told that someone would call. As of today, 9-13-17, I have not heard from any one.

Technician was very friendly and helpful! Still seeing some bugs, so verdict is still out. They also recommend you spray quarterly so this isn't just a one-time expense.

Tech was punctual, professional, and thorough; exactly what we wanted.

I had to reschedule several times and the Team at Berrett Pest Control were very accommodating to my schedule changes. The day that they actually came to spray for pests, the Tech was very professional and got right to work.

Everyone at Berrett is exceptional! The professionalism provided was beyond any other extermination company!

I haven't seen any mice, rats, pests at all since they've been helping me. They're very gentlemanly, helpful in every way possible.

It cut back on the number of insects but there was no change with the yellow jackets, and wasps. They said to give it a few weeks to see what would happen so they could re apply the spray and when they looked me up they said they would charge me again even though it did not work. They said it was no recourse since it was a one time treatment. the person who was originally here advised me that if I was not happy with the first treatment they would come back out but that is not the case here and I still have nest all around my home from the wasps, and yellow jackets.
