Poorly; see above.At first they told me to go online and the information would be available there - it was not. I called and asked if they would email me the information and I never got a reply. This leads me to believe they have something to hide about what chemicals are in their spray.

We use Berretts on a quarterly basis and find them to be reasonably professional. If I show the technician where all the traps are located, he/she does a fine job. However I am a bit disabled and that becomes a chore for me. I saw a mouse today for the first time in a year. Called on a Friday and Cat who took my call gave me a Monday schedule for timing which is reasonable.. She was professional and accommodating. The service on Monday is free, since we are on a quarterly maintenance schedule.

I had signed up for the $49 special back in September 2017 and they did a great job. I decided to sign up for regular quarterly services this year based on my experience with the company in 2017. The service technician was Thomas and he was professional, courteous and did a very thorough job.

We were very happy with Barrett Pest Control. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and did a thorough job. We contacted two other companies before deciding on Barrett and we are feel we made the right choice.

I selected the Angie’s List offer from Barrett Pest Control in 2017 for $49. When the representative contacted me some days after I had paid for the service, I requested two things: (1) Could I schedule the service in the spring of 2018 when the snow and cold weather at our residence was gone? and (2) Was our residence address in their service area? I received affirmative (yes) responses to both my questions. So now it is the spring of 2018, the snow is gone at our residence and the weather is warm. I called Berrett Pest Control (303-400-0410) to schedule my service. I was connected to Robert at Berrett. Robert verified my purchase of the Angie’s List offer and asked what kind of pests we were experiencing at our residence. When I told him, he stated that the Angie’s List offer would not control those pests. Then he launched into his sales pitch touting two more expensive offers – a one-time service and a multiple visit service – both with guarantees that our type of pests would be controlled. I courteously listened to Robert and stated that I could not afford the more expensive services at this time. Robert urged me to select one of the more expensive guaranteed services stating that the cost could be paid with a credit card and I could pay off the charge over time. After finally stating that I would like the Angie’s List offer service, Robert asked for my residence address. Even though he most surely had the address, I told him again. Robert then told me that our address was out of their service area. When I told Robert that I was previously assured that our address WAS in the service area, he wanted to know who I had talked to at that time. I didn’t remember and requested a refund of the $49 offer purchase price. Robert informed me that they did not give credits and that I would need to contact Angie’s List. I said that I didn’t request a credit, I requested a refund. Robert repeated that they did not give refunds and that I would need to get the refund from Angie’s List. BEWARE! This is definitely a Bait and Switch offer from Berrett Pest Control. I believe that even if I lived next door to their office and wanted the Angie’s List offer for $49, that they would say that I was out of their service area. This is definitely a bogus offer.

It always goes well - they send an email reminder and then call before they come.

Went well. Has been a couple months now since service. Have found only a couple spiders recently and wasps are gone.

Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have seen a few spiders but effective for the most part.
