There were no additional fees. The service was great. The fact hat the ants came back and they came back to take care of it. The problem has now been resolved.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. We actually were really happy with them. We ended up purchasing a quarterly contract so they'll come out to the house now.
Description of Work: We used Berrett Pest Control for preventative treatment. He came out and sprayed around the whole outside of the house and then came in and sprayed certain parts of the inside of the house including the basement.

Description of Work: Spider control/spray inside and on perimeter of house. Wasn't expecting dripping wet application outside, but it dried and left no noticeable residue. Great Job! Seems to have worked to get rid of spiders in our house and basement. Would definitely use them again!

My parents were very impressed with the service received and stated that they would be using the company again. They were very happy with the techs professionalism and courtesy.
Description of Work: There were two tech's who came to perform the work on my parents house. They arrived promptly after calling my mother to let her know when they were arriving. They arrived and put on shoe protectors before entering the house. They explained what they would be doing and checking before starting. During the inspection they cleaned up spider webs and two hornet's nest located on their back porch. When they actually started the treatment they took extra time to deal with a suspected hornet's nest located in the ceiling of the back porch that another company was not willing to deal with. With the product put down in the yards they emphasized that while pet friendly, they should keep any pets in for a couple of hours.

I purchased a special coupon for their year around service through Angie's list. For some reason they didn't get the notification and I had to contact them to schedule a visit. But other than that, everything went well. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with their service.
Description of Work: Berrett representative was punctual and professional. Arrived on-time and did an excellent job spraying inside and outside of the house. Just as he had explained, the first few days we encountered a lot of dead spiders and crickets but haven't encountered any since. I would certainly use their services and recommend Berrett to friends.

Terrific. RJ is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend Barrett Pest Control to anyone.
Description of Work: I had mice getting into the house. RJ came by studied my house and found where he believed the mice were getting in. He set traps first and then came back later before sealing off the entry points. He helped me pull out a dishwasher to inspect and cleaned all of the droppings. There was a wasp's nest near where the mice were getting in and he took care of that (for a reduced fee because he was already there).
