Jake and Dave were here within 30 minutes, of the call telling me they were on the way. They were efficient and professional. The price was a little on the high end, but they did quality work.

Overall, it was a great experience. The follow-up was good, as well as, timeliness and expertise.

This company performed admirably. The first plumber had limited knowledge or experience with the sidearm, and did his best to ascertain the issue. He had little information to go on, we were unable to observe exactly what happened. He did not finish there. Educated us on what to look for if/when it happened again. Outlined possible scenarios. Estimated possible causes and repairs at very reasonable prices. In the mean time he asked other employees of the company, kept me informed of his status and progress, and even called technical support at the company that makes our heater. They found someone local, knowledgeable and experienced with our system to help us. He came the next day to repair it, tested and verified the repair. Our only charge was the initial trip charge, the cause required no parts and minimal labor. This company went above and beyond to help us, and did not leave us hanging with a malfunctioning water heater. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

On time, quoted a high price and the quote included parts that we did not need but were ''part of the package'' but brought it down when we objected.

They came out to look at the job at hand and gave me an estimate that seemed rather high for the type of work that needed to be done. They were very nice and respectable, but the price seemed too high. I'm still working with them to bring the price down and after we remove the tree that is causing some of the problems, we will have the plumbing fixed.

We were pleasantly surprised to have a plumber arrive within an hour of our call late on a Saturday afternoon. A-plus for responsiveness and punctuality. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with no additional charge for a weekend service call. Total charges were $79 for the repairs plus a $39 service fee -- minus the $25 Angie's List coupon.

The service was prompt and Marvin, the plumber, was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Service was scheduled on Saturday between 2 and 5, and I got a call right around 2 telling me Marvin would arrive in a half hour or so, and he did. Altogether, a very good experience. The only thing that bothers me about the company is that when on the phone, I said I was calling around for estimates, the woman then offered to waive their $40 travel fee (or whatever you call it). This makes me crazy, although it's darn common. If you ask the right questions, you get a better price. I wish people would just charge one price! The Angie's list mention definitely had an impact all around. Note they give a $25 off coupon. Like everyone I called, they couldn't give an estimate on the phone, and they have a ''book'' with set prices. So, good work, nice plumber, but you still have to know the angles...

Benjamin Franklin came out to take care of the problem and were prompt and good. They had to clean out the sewer lines (because of tree roots). They even put a camera down the pipes to see what was going on. I've had this problem before and Benjamin Franklin was able to take care of the problem. He even brought the roots to me and showed them to me after they cleaned them out. Very efficient and good company. The price was reasonable, especially for a Saturday.

They called ahead and asked if showing up early would work out for us, which was no problem. I had the fill valve and was going to replace it myself, when it went out, late the night before but it just got to be too late. With relatives in town and me having to work early in the morning, I thought I would just call Benjamin Franklin to replace the valve. Everything was prepared: the water was off, the toilet drained, the part was right there, laid out for the serviceman. They waived their $39.95 diagnostic fee, through their internet special, but I still thought the rate, which was a fixed rate on their receipt, was high. After coming home from work and seeing the fixed rate pricing on the receipt, I at least know what they would charge in other situations.

THIS GUY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND DID A GREAT INSTALLATION JOB. HE MENTIONED THAT THIS WAS HIS LAST JOB OF THE DAY. HE HAD A BAD DAY AND WAS GLAD I WAS A NICE CUSTOMER. THE PLUMBING WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE AWESOME. NOT ONLY DID THEY PICK UP THE WATER HEATER, BUT THEY HAULED OFF THE OLD ONE. THEY ALSO ARRIVED AS PROMISED, AND DID ALL OF THIS THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. WE WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR ONLY 1 DAY.
