Andrew clearly explained the possible problems before he went into my cellar to look around. He discovered I had copper pipe everywhere and that eliminated several options. He descried the mitigation needed to completely resolve the problem, which I am considering. He also removed a broken dishwasher that is being picked up later. He was professional and friendly, making a nighttime service call pleasant!

Andrew identified a solution and fixed our clogged toilet quickly.

The pro identified the exact spot was the water leaking was coming from. He cut the part up of the pipe and replaced it with w good one, explaining every thing he was doing. He tried to make sure there was no more leaking before leaving. He further removed a clog in the drain in a sink where the flow was almost stopped.

Jared did great, very professional and knowledgeable, showed up on time, gave me several no pressure options, cleared up several questions and assumptions I had, performed efficiently on the option I chose, snaked our pipes about 75 feet several times, showed me the clog(s) he encountered, reassembled and flushed the system, and then had me run the washer drain cycle to make sure the sink gurgle was gone. Also pointed out an anomaly with the subfloor sink drain and explained how it should be. Great encounter, would definitely have Jared back if more service needed.

Charged a reasonable flat rate for a long intense job. Jared was respectful, friendly, and above all persistent in getting the problem taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly.

Replaced faucet in a timely and professional manner.

Professional service. Joel and Christian took care not to scuff floors or walls while hauling old tank out, and new tankless system down to my basement. Joel followed my request to vent the system through the same track that the old heater used. Then new system was mounted nicely on the studs, taking up much less space than the old tank. When their work was complete, they walked me through the specifics of operation, with useful answers to my questions.

Jonathan Trejo was excellent - and punctual. He actually arrived early. One job turned into two: He repaired two running toilets and dripping valve connectors. Got them done in 4 hours. Would be glad to have him return for future work.

Could not find the part after 7 days
