It was very difficult to remove the old fixture; but the plumber, Ilija, got it out and replaced it with the new one. All work was done quickly and cleanly.

They do good work, but at a very high price. They were on time. They have a crazy pricing system of $198 per each piece of work done, regardless of the ease, or difficulty of the work. They replaced a HOT water flex hose for $198, then charged another $198 for the COLD water hose. (took less than 15 minutes total for both). Then they replaced a faulty drain pipe system (you guessed it, another $198), which took considerably longer to do. I needed it done so I let them do it, but over $600 for an hours worth of work seems extremely pricey. And oh yes, they also charge a Trip Fee, even if you decide to have them do the work.

The tech Cristian explained everything about the job clearly. The price was excellent. Very easy to get the Job scheduled. The tech was in communication on the timing of arrival to start the job. The job was completed in a timely manner. The tech was respectful of the property and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed, I highly recommend using this company.

Excellent experience!! Alex and James sized up the job, knew what to do. In under two hours they replaced 3 bathroom sinks. They cleaned the worksite to where all we had to do was put items back in their place. Both techâ s were personable and polite. With this level of service Benjamin Franklin will be at the top of my list to call.

The plumber called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived, and immediately started to work. He made sure there were no leaks. His work was very well done. I will use Benjamin Franklin for plumbing projects in the future.

Needed Plummer on a Sunday to repair leaking pipe in crawl space. Contact this company was told it might not happen until Monday between 8am to 12pm. Received call back,was informed tech was on his way to see what needed to be done. Tech showed up and was able to replace a 4ft piece that had a leak from pin hole in old line. Tech were efficient and had repair done in about 1hr. Charge for Sunday service call was very affordable to me.

There aren't enough words to express how happy I was with Christian. Very professional, kind, knew what he was doing and worked his butt off with our out of control plumbing issues. I will recommend him and Ben Franklin plumbing to everyone I know.
