Service was fast-no complains there. It was expensive, but problem was fixed. I am not sure how much actual knowledge they have to have. The repair had to both toilets becsuse i don't have pipe to acess the msin drain downstairs-anyway he did both toilets, but think he should have done the one downstairs first. He did not caulk around the one toilet, so i will have to do that. He discovered the toilet downstairs did not have a wax ring, i don't know why he didn't offer to fix that after removing from the base. I guess i expectef more for almost $900

The serviceman Ilija did an excellent job and was a great communicator. The compushould be very proud of him.

Plumber Alex found a point at which sub-zero temps had caused a frozen pipe to burst causing flooding. He contacted a demo/repair company to provide access to the burst pipe. Once they have done the demolition, heâ ll return to repair two or more breaks in the water-supply pipe. I can then turn my water supply back on. The demo/repair company will then return to repair the structure, remove the water, and dry things out.

Fantastic quality

I have been having problems with the pilot light on my water heater for a while and Cristi got it going for me and showed me how to reset the control box. He also informed me that they donâ  t replace the pilot light which I know needs done. Very helpful and knowledgeable and didnâ  t charge me. Would recommend Ben Franklin and Cristi very professional!!

Good reliable company

They called me instantly after putting in a service request. They were able to come out the next day. Leroy came in to look at the issues, He did not go into depth, just glanced at it barely looked at the issues. I was under the impression that the total estimate would be around $404 for overall but it was only to look at the problem, put a hole in the wall and just look at it not to fix it. I decided to cut the hole myself with his guidance. He couldn't find anything, He said the issue was that behind the knob where it is connected, there was not a gasket behind it therefore leaking water, and let me know I could get a gasket or caulk it. I called in to talk to someone about this and I was told that they were supposed to charge me about $98, which was an extreme undercharge compared to the $404 fee just to diagnosis the issues, not repair. If he would have looked further, we would have had more options so the problems would still remained if I would not have fixed it. They do not have set price and have no way to know what the actual service prices are nor do they seem to know what the prices are.
