Great company to work with - outstanding customer service and knowledge of plumbing. Eric found the problem right away and fixed it like it was new, He went out and bought me a filter for my HVAC and another part for my toilet - now they both work exceptionally well. I had a large flower pot on my front porch that I couldn't lift and he lifted and moved it for me. Yes, I would definitely hire them again.

Very expensive. They are taking advantage of the shortage of workers. Cost over 1k for 1 hour of work with materials about 200.

We had a garbage disposal breakdown with attendant water issues. Benjamin Franklin came out the first thing the next day and resolved our issues. The technician even came back the same day to explain something I didn’t understand. They are awesome.

Way too expensive for what he did. He stuck in a Sharkbite repair piece and put on a new spigot in about half an hour, and charged me over $500. Go find a handyman and save your money.

Christi, Christi Sr and Christian were Very professional and kind. They replaced 3 toilets and left everything clean. I was also pleased with how quickly they finished and they look great. I highly recommend they guys. They're great.

Work was done well and timely but the price was very elevated. Thereafter they dunned me with email and snail mail seeking follow up for years.

Horrible! This was the worst customer service I have ever, in 30+ years in the service industry, that I have ever received! The tech was on site less then 2 minutes and would not look at the job, but just wanted to tell me the cost without looking at the full job. Then he just up and left and told his boss that I cursed at him. That never happened. The Manage said that he would believe his worker before the customer! Stay away from this company!

From the quick call I received after submitting the request through HomeAdvisor on a Sunday evening, to the immediate booking, to the service and professionalism that was provided by my technician, Christi. He was patient, and answered all of my questions. He was thorough, and efficient as well. Price is worth the value.

He was on time and fixed one faucet but did not carry the fixture for the other bathroom, not their fault, 13 year old plumbing equipment is just outdated.
