Everything went great.
Description of Work: Started out with faucets in the laundry room being replaced, then he informed us that our hot water heater was very old and would need to be replaced soon. He had one with him and had it replaced in a little over an hour.

Description of Work: Originally Ben Franklin had a plumber that was awesome, I felt I had someone who I trusted and would go the extra mile for me. Well he transfer to a Ben Franklin shop north of here (that was where he lived, so I get it) but the replacements were not as great as he was. Two people came in and acted like they knew what they were doing and treated me as if I did not. I am not a plumber or electrician, but don't act like I know nothing or treat me as inferior.
