Ben Dorland

My brother recently passed away and left me some money from his estate. I was considering a new home because I have two dogs and currently live in a condo. I call around to some agents I used in the past but they were too busy or did not return my phone call. I ran across Ben's website and called. He seemed kind and genuine. I explained my situation to him and he was more than willing to help me. He started by getting my email address and asked me what I was looking for in a home. He set up an automatic email to me that searched homes in the metro area with in my price range and my needs. My biggest needs was a recently renovated home with a fenced yard and a two car garage. I am older now and was not looking for a fixer upper. Anyway, I started receiving emails with homes that met my general criteria, price range and needs. When I found some homes that looked like what I was looking for, we set up a time to tour the homes on my list. While on my search, I learned that I had to have surgery. So, we have postponed our search for now. Ben was understanding. I am recovering fine and will work with him in May to find a home. This guy is the real deal and a great person.
