Al, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we could not be happier with our counters. They are gorgeous and expertly crafted. We had a lot of difficult cuts in our kitchen and everything fit perfectly. We have only one seem due to a strange counter shape, and it is flawless and almost impossible to see. The owner Al was nothing but respectful and helpful throughout the process. He is honest, professional and will offer you his opinion. We had zero issues with our order, it was done when he said it would be, and his crew did an amazing job with installation. During the whole install and ordering process, Al was wonderful, good humored and answered all my questions happily. He communicated well with me throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would do it. He even invited me to his shop where they do the cutting to choose which parts of the granite I wanted for my island, etc. I had to decline do to a prior commitment, but Al told me that he gets very inspired by the movement in the granite and how the colors play when cut in certain ways. He assured me that he would make it beautiful, and he did. He chose EXACTLY the pieces I would have for my island and sink tops. And he did all this for about $2000 less than the next closest bid. I would recommend Al and Bellagio Stone to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Here's my opinion of Bellagio Stone based on our experience with their service. I would not use them again because the staff made multiple mistakes and used sub-quality products. It seemed almost as if the guys that fabricated and installed the counters had very little training on what they were doing. Although the owner, Al, is pleasant to deal with, his company's performance didn't meet standards unfortunately. We had to seal the counters ourselves because their product caused streaking stains that had to be taken out with acetone. Also, the measurements in cutting and installing were so off that we had to pay our general contractor extra in order to "fudge" and cover their mistakes. It's really too bad because like I said, Al seems very knowledgable with granite but his team is the polar opposite. There are permanent pen marks that are purple on each side of our stove top cutout that I called Al about two months ago and two month later, still no response. I wish I had better things to say, but based on our experience, we definitely would not recommend Bellagio Stone to anyone.

We liked the guys that came out to do the work. They were very straightforward and didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. They showed up on time when they said they would. They accidentally mis-measured a section. However since they messed that up they sucked up the cost and redid everything. There was no question about charging us, they took responsibility. I would definitely use them again for future service.
