Beeline Pest Control

Remember those old Warner Brothers cartoons where the lady of the house is on the tabletop screaming her lungs out because she saw a mouse? That pretty much describes half the people in my office. Our building is next to a wooded area so mice and spiders are frequent visitors. Beeline gets everything right - answers all questions, makes it super-easy to book, the technician is friendly and professional and they back up their work. We first used them last year and we were very satisfied with the results. Now that the cooler mornings are driving the mice indoors we decided to sign up for quarterly treatments. Affordable, easy and reliable.

I have had Beeline Pest Control for years. They are very good and very professional in their work and they have never raised the price on me at all and will come back free if pests show up. They are great.!!!!!!!

Easy to book and very prompt. He actually showed up a few minutes early and was in and out quickly.

It is awesome to work with these people. We have a quarterly service with them, and if needed in between, they come back out and do a service for free. LOVE!

Arrived on time. Assessed the problem and did a walk-around of the house for any other potential problems. Very friendly and got the job done quickly. Haven't had any issues since.

We worked with Beeline at our office for years. Recently the quality of service and responsiveness has deteriorated dramatically. I'm looking for a new contractor.

I left a message via email and phone and they never responded.

I needed them again and I left a couple of messages to their recorded line and I never heard back so I went with another Pest Control. Beeline got spray all over one of my windows to where I couldn't even see out anymore.

A bit frustrating. The tech arrived on time & was friendly. However, his communication with me wasn't very good. He didn't educate me on the nature of bee, and the probability of new swarms occupying the hive once the current bees died off which drew out the process a couple months. He communicated one thing about their guarantee that was not the companies policy - however, they honored what he said (which was good). When I asked about other bee/wasp problems on our property, he 1. Didn't seem willing to fully problem solve with me to resolve other issues and possibly pay for additional services. 2. He seemed to offer 'his best guess' to my various questions which left me insecure about his advise and Beeline's. This same tech was sent out to our house 4 times - the 4th time I was told the owner would be the one to come, but it was the same tech and by this time, I was annoyed and ready to move on from this company. We ended up having to do additional research to fully resolve our problem.

People answering phones were courteous and helpful. Technician was on time, listened to concerns and provided clear, concise explainations on what and how insecticides would be applied. Wasps were not entirely eradicated during initial treatment. Beeline was contacted about a month later and scheduled a followup treatment at no cost.

Everything was great! They were very professional I did have to use their 30-day guarantee because I did see wasps, but they gave me no grief in doing so and did not try to upsell me during the process. Erin, the receptionist on the phone, was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the types of bees we were seeing. You don't always see that when it comes to the office reps, so it was quite refreshing and worth making a note of.

When I called and scheduled the appointment, I made it very clear that they would need a 30 foot ladder. So I took off work and drove through heavy traffic to get here on time, and the guy came without a ladder! Unbelievable!
