The company never contacted me. I contacted them through Angie's list three times. I texted them through their own website, and I called and left a message at their phone number. They never responded to me in any format. Very unprofessional. If they don't want new customers, they should say so. I will tell as many people about my non-experience with them that I can. Don't use them.

Beeline Pest Control is very professional and willing to perform services wherever needed (e.g. in attic). We signed up for the annual (quarterly visits) plan and an issue popped up in between scheduled services -- Beeline came out, resolved issue and did not charge for the visit. Highly impressed with their service and their pest control technicians.

Good customer service from the office receptionist. She scheduled us an appointment with in 2 days! Technician came out as scheduled and gave the hornets some stuff that kills them. We were told it would take about a week to kill them all off but if therre are any problems later they will come back out and take care of them at no extra charge.

These guys are great. Very responsive via email and phone. Very prompt arrival, efficiently sprayed around the house and removed a wasp nest. Thank you so much.

They are a wonderful company. They come out every three months. If I see any kind of activity of any bees like a couple of days ago, they re-spray and it is for free. Their worker Jacob even shoveled my deck in the winter. They stand behind their product and business. They are Johnny-on-the-spot. I would absolutely use them again and I have referred them too.

They did great. They were in and out four times because it has a guarantee. They came in a timely manner. They were good on their promise. I would use them in the future.

Have not seen any evidence of termites since application.

They were less expensive than comparable companies from whom we got a bid. They seemed to be more knowledgeable of the problem and didn’t try to recommend more than what was necessary.

They did a very satisfactory job. We didn’t have any problems at all.

They were on time, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their price was reasonable, too.
