After communicating via email they showed up as promised and completed the work faster than I had planned. They did a great job with my neighbor even complementing them on the quality of their work. I thought the pricing was very fair especially for the quality of the work. They were very friendly and nice and I felt comfortable with them at my house. After the job was complete they did a great job cleaning up. Now they are pricing some roof work and possibly the replacement of our driveway. I recommend them very highly. We are very happy with their responsiveness, the fact that they showed up on time, the quality of the work, their price, and their friendly nature. Mark

Norberto is a very nice and easy to deal with. His prices are hard to beat. In my experience he's very honest, and a hard worker. The main complaint I've had with him is his punctuality and responsiveness. There have been times where he was mid-job and I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with him to finish it. However, I must add that during the past year, this issue has improved and he has finished my jobs in a timely manner. I would give him a firm date to finish by and he's usually good at sticking to it. He is also not very formal in terms of writing out estimates and invoices and such. He will do it if you press him although for me he just quotes a price and does the work. I haven't had any problems with what I think are unfair charges or running up the bill. The tile floor he did turned out great where he covered over an old linoleum floor in the kitchen. He prepared the surface with new Hardy board and did a great job cutting the tile. It looks marvelous. The sprinkler system worked well and repaired for only a few hundred dollars. He installed a backflow preventer, a new controller, made sure all the wiring was right and got the zones working. He also installed new sprinkler heads as needed. His drywall repairs are very good and blend well with the rest of the wall. In general roofing is one of his strongest skill sets. His fences I think are pretty good although not the best I've seen, but great for the price. He really has a wide set of skills and provides better quality work than quite a few handymen I've worked with in the past.

I have worked with Norberto before and he always does a good job. He has also worked with my associates and done good jobs for them as well. I like Norberto because he is reliable and you can count on him to get the job done in a timely fashion and do it well. His prices are also very competitive. However it is important to spell out at the beginning your expected time frame for the repairs. He came over and we walked through the house to review all the repairs. Afterward, he called me with detailed prices for the repairs. He'll quote an entire job or each item independently with or without materials. Usually I'll meet him at Home Depot to buy materials but you can also arrange to have him buy everything needed. He doesn't expect payment until work is done, except to buy materials. This was a rental house with a tenant turnover. I asked him to get everything done inside the house first before the new tenant arrived, which he completed. The outdoor work we did at a more casual pace. He usually works multiple projects at once so he may come and go. Everything was done nicely and will continue to use him on future projects. The reason I gave him a 'B' on professionalism is I don't always get written invoices but he will provide them upon request.
