Dang I called and thought it would be a couple of days before someone would come out. They came out in 20 minutes and everything works great. Man if only electricians and plumbers worked this fast I'd be golden. Thanks Bear Valley Lock and Key now I can sleep at night. Would definitely hire again and recommend to everyone!!

I had a garage that did not have a key for the t-lock. I initially called the garage door manufacturer/installer and was told that they would have to come out to replace it because the locks were all different. I wanted to use a local business and called Bear Valley Lock and Key and asked for a service call. I was asked if the lock had a number on it which it did. After I gave them the number I was told that they could cut the key and I could come and get it at the store for $15. This came as quite a surprise and possible only because they have a store. I also bought a mailbox lock because I did not have a key for that as well. After picking up the key which worked perfectly, I was still unable to get in and needed a key for the vault release to disengage the electric opener. Called back and that was something that someone needed to come out for. I was given an estimate before I asked and we set up an appointment for the next day. Arriving on time, the lock was re-keyed and the door was opened. He also drilled out the lock on the mailbox and replaced it. The charge was exactly the estimate. Bear Valley Lock and Key was great to work with and very reasonable. TLDR: Great experience, highly recommended.

Excellent service that went above and beyond simple changing the locks for a new home. He adjusted the existing locks that were aligned poorly so that they closed smoothly. I hadn't realized how difficult the were before until after his adjustments made the doors close and lock effortlessly. We really appreciate the extra level of service and professionalism. Would highly recommend this service provider to my friends and family.

I called at 10:30 and they made an appointment for 1:00 the same day. Showed up on time and had door drilled out and part replaced in a very short time.

They rekeyed the locks on our new home. They were able to come on the same day we called. He was fast, personable, efficient and professional. I wish every service provider was as good.

The fellow was prompt, polite and had the lock dissembled, repaired, and re-assembled in short order. I was especially impressed with the fact that I wasn't asked to pay for a trip charge (happens here a lot), nor was I charged more because my home is in a somewhat remote area.I can heartily recommend these guys.

Keys were locked in the car. No spares. Called one and a half hours before posted opening time and was pleased that someone picked up. Mike was on site in less than half an hour. He had the car door open in 15 minutes. Very pleased with the quick and professional service. To my surprise, there was no damage done to the door, window or interior of the car either.

This is a small shop in the Bear Valley Shopping Center similar to key shops all over Denver. What makes this shop special is that they were able to duplicate a key that three other stores I went to couldn't duplicate because they didn't have the matching blank. Next time, I'll just go to this shop first!
