BAILEY'S MOVING & STORAGE

This was a terrible company to work with. We would have saved a lot of time and headache if we had rented a U-haul and done it ourselves. Once the salesman, Brian Larson, had our signatures on the dotted line, he abandoned our move. Despite our repeated attempts to assure a timely delivery, we found out at the last minute that the company had completely dropped the ball. Brian Larson failed to notify the "schedule people" about our move. Hence, it would not take place as promised. No one at Bailey's was willing to take responsibility for the mistakes that were made. In fact, we discovered that they lied to us. Once we complained about the lengthy delay, the manager, Nancy Blegan, assured us that she would send our belongings via freight in order to get them to us faster. We later discovered that she did not do so. Thus, our belongings arrived on the late date as we feared.
