Excellent!!! Let them do it all. Very flexible with changes during the project.

The project went extremely well. Everyone was very professional, showed up when they said they would, completed on time and did an excellent job. While this was relatively a small job, four days, it was done with care. Joe the main person on the project was a hard worker and was excellent.

Not as well as expected.

On 9/10/06 I visited the website for this company. I requested information regarding and an estimate for wall texturing and window repair. I received an auto reply e-mail message that said I would be contacted within 1 business day. It is now 10/5/06, and the company still has not responded. At this point, I would not allow them to visit my home. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of a successful service firm. This company failed.

John was professional and very efficient in obtaining a part and completing the task. he was done in ''no time'', thus keeping my cost to a minimum.

Someone came over to give me an estimate. After more than a week without hearing back, I called them. It took 3 messages before they called me back. I was able to get the work done elsewhere for less than 1/3 of the price quoted.

After two phone calls/messages with receptionist a return call was made in my absence with a promise to call again which was never done.

They were very affordable and did a great job on the work performed. They were very nice and I was pleased with them being on time and getting the job done quickly and still good and affordable.

He was very experienced in his work showed it. He was very reasonable with his prices and he chose the best quality things with the supplies and inserted good things that were needed. I was happy with the results.

They did a fantastic, quick job. It took them only 2 weeks to do all the work and the new things put in looked great. I love to show it off to people when they visit my home. They also comment on the nice job as well.

They performed a good job on the work done. You could tell they loved their jobs and it showed in the work they did. So when it was all said and done they had done a great job and made my home a nicer place to live.
