Description of Work: Tech came out because spa was overheating and running alot. He checked everythingout, only found 2 fuses touching, nothing else wrong. instead of the initial 90.00/first 30 min he just charged me 40.00 trip charge. Courteous, kind, and fair. Honest... I was thankful to be charged the lower fee when he could have done the 90.00 instead.

The manufacturer kept sending us the incorrect heater, so Don spoke with them directly and arranged for us to receive a free automatic pool vacuum as a way of compensating for the issue. Plus, he sent a technician to assist us free of charge.
Description of Work: We purchased a pool heater from him.
