drywall
+ -1 moreAndrew was prompt and prepared for the job. Because drying time was required, he came on two days for about two hours each. He's a nice guy and seems quite capable. I have no complaints at all.
Description of Work: Andrew patched three holes in our ceiling that remained from old air ducts. The work included drywall, plaster, and texture. We have not painted the patched areas yet, but the work looks good and should blend in well with the existing texture.

doors, handyman service, screen repair
+ 1 moreThis guy came out and helped me with these last few things. I needed help fixing a screen, put a door knob back on a door and try to snake out the bathtub drain. He succeeded in all, but the drain and suggested I call a sewer service.
Description of Work: I was in the process of fixing up this rental home and needed some finishing touches.

+ -1 moreI really like the workmanship of the tech from this company. I asked him to go through and fix anything that was not in working order, and he did so, very efficiently. It took him a few days to get there, but once he started he did a great job. I'll use him again.
Description of Work: I hired this service to do some general maintenance at a rental house after a tenant vacated.

+ -1 moreI truly liked what this guy did. He worked with me during the bid process, to give me several options to choose from. He made several great suggestions that helped me price wise, and that I would probably not have thought of myself. He took a little longer than I had expected, but not so long that it hindered any other contractors.
Description of Work: I had the kitchen and two bathrooms more or less remodeled, in one of my rental homes.
