Grand theft, forgery, stole my identity, stole my checks, wrote fraudulent checks for over $1100, stole the uhaul with all my worldly possessions totally over $30,000

Good and bad. It took them 1 hour and 35 minutes to do my move, which was extremely fast. I paid a bargain price of $185 for two hours of labor, plus $49 for the truck fee, which was very cheap. My small glass topped coffee table was disassembled without my knowledge, and some nuts and bolts lost, as well as one of two metal dowels that held the glass on top of the table, so I have lost that table after enjoying it for over three decades. I would have been happy to hold onto the small parts instead of seeing them lost--especially since I used that table for my polymer clay work, so I will need to find a suitable replacement. There was a small bit of breakage to one bookcase (which was not mentioned to me, though the part broken off was placed where I could find it), but I was able to glue that back together. For some reason the company had not received a receipt for the Angie's List transaction (although they had contacted me to set up the appointment after I purchased through Angie's List), so in the middle of moving in, I had to find my laptop, plug it in, and email the receipt to my housemate so he could print it out as evidence that I had paid for the labor through Angie's List. Their office had time to demand that receipt, but did not have five minutes to run my credit card over the phone, so I only found out the next day that I needed to pay by debit card instead. I was surprised at how stressful this move was, considering how little I had to move. But it was fast and inexpensive.

I obtained a 3 hour service with voucher from Angie's list for $266. A problem with the voucher was that it did not include a truck for $79, but it didn't say that. I called them to make sure they got my choices for the move and that's when I found out that it didn't include a truck. Who does a move without a truck. Anyway, to make a story short, they cut the truck cost to $49. Just know that this is a subcontracted service. The 2 guys were professional and did the move in a timely manner. We only had them move furniture and exercise equipment, and any other large items that needed to be moved. It went smoothly and took about 2.5 hours total. We moved only 10 minutes away and they were the only ones available on a short time and with the best price. We did get other quotes and no one could beat their price and availability.

Fantastic job! Owner, Ajay, gave me a courtesy call the day before to say a storm was predicted would I like to cancel. I was under time restraint and said no. Snow only in the mountains was predicted. During the Denver storm it snowed heavily and that turned to pouring rain. It was more like a monsoon. They were also dealing with a funky elevator. Many times they climbed the three flights with the boxes. Throughout the move Ajay and Christian labored on with no complaints. I had a lot of glassware...Nothing was broken or damaged.

Assist Moving was incredible - stepped in immediately when I needed help the most. Sent two very professional movers. Would definitely use them again -- and probably will next month when I have a much larger move planned.

Wonderful and fast

Jason and Ajay did a great job in getting the move completed. They worked with me to load what needed to go to the new place - and moved items to the garage for charity pickup. 'Down sizing' can be draining - but these 2 did a fantastic job in making this transition easier. Thank you!

Fantastic. Could not be happier with the speed, quality, or helpfulness. These guys were amazing. Did the whole thing faster than I ever believed possible and were very affordable. I wish I'd had them for every other move I've done in my life.

I hired 3 guys so that furniture breakdown and re-assembly could occur while box loading was still under way. The crew kept in touch days in advance to assure/acknowledge my move date and time desired. They called when they were in route and arrived promptly at 9:00AM. They got started right away and carefully wrapped furniture and breakables. I was very impressed with their desire to help with anything that looked challenging to me.

Assist Moving Company was great and I will absolutely rehire them for my next move! As a renter, I've moved several times over the last 4 years. The movers from Assist were prompt, friendly, efficient, and careful. I paid less for this move than those before and was much happier with my experience. I highly recommend this company.

Not one problem! 5 stars all the way around. Paid by the hour and they never stopped. They didn't waste a minute. I've hired them to move us into our new home! Great crew Chris, Cyrus and (sorry forgot the 3rd name) are the best. I requested them for our next move.

I used these guys for the move today and I'm really glad i did!!! They were more then on time. They tried to get there early and I had them come back later which was no problem at all. They were really well priced and for people that were getting paid by the hour they were moving quick. I HIGHLY recommend them. This may have been the best moving experience I've ever had.

These guys were amazing. Jay returned my call quickly, sent a follow up confirmation email, and called me again to confirm the date, time, and location. The day of the move was perfect...they were courteous, professional, efficient, and careful. If there was anything special they confirmed with me any needs or concerns I might have. These guys made my cross country move so much more relaxing after a stressful 20 hour drive!!
