it was my best experience ever with a contractor, and i've had quite a few. they called me to schedule and follow up all along the way. they made sure everything was to my satisfaction and everything was. they even put on an extra coat due to some flaws in the previous coat caused by dirt/dust. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Went very well. The only unexpected thing that arose was that the special offer sent out by Angie's List gave the impression that buying the special offer would cover the job. It turned out that it cost extra to keep the floor the same color. The job went very well and we are satisfied despite this misunderstanding.

Went Great. They showed up right away to do the bid. The came out when it was scheduled. The job came out great. The floors were about 50 years old and now they look like new. The price was also very good. I woulod definately uses them again.

Excellent! When we moved to our house three years ago we hired Aspen Hardwoods to remove the existing dining room tile and extend the hardwood floors from the living room into the dining room. Alvaro gave me a prompt bid and their price was very competitive, with no additional surprises. Throughout that job Alvaro and his crew were very concientious and worked hard to provide solutions to issues that arose. (e.g. Creating a dip in the hardwood floor so that I could later remove the sliding door screen.) They were punctual and polite every day of the job. Based on that experience, we hired them again, this time to replace our bedroom carpet with hardwoods. It was nice to recognize the same employees and to see that they also remembered me. Once again, I was very pleased with their quiet and professional attitude and how they were willing to work with me on specific details of the job. I am very happy to recommend Aspen Hardwood Floors to anyone interested in having a quality experience, a competitive price, and friendly, reliable service.

I think I am going to use them. It was an excellent experience. They were very nice and they came another day to do a test to see if the floors could be refinished. I was very comfortable with them. We are redoing our house and I haven't used them yet because I am having carpet laid in the other part of the house. They seemed to be very good. They were reasonable in price and met my needs. I really liked them.

Our floors were in rough condition. Aspen came out for an estimate and we scheduled for them to come complete the job. Aspen was punctual and professional. Their prices were the least expensive with everything that we wanted. Alvaro answered all questions as well as explained the different options without trying to encourage the more expensive methods. We wound up adding additional coatings because the price was so reasonable. They completed the project in a day and a half. I have referred them to my neighbors already.

The cost is for all the work they have done including the doors. They are all nice people to do business with. They are professional, are prompt, and precise with their work. They stand by their work and charge a very fair price. He accepts large jobs, as well as, small jobs and does them with the same enthusiasm. Excellent craftsmanship.
