+ -1 moreSteve and his team did an INCREDIBLE job! We had ASA tear out carpet/tile and replace with hardwood and then sand/refinish the existing hardwood flooring so it all matched. Everyone was professional, timely, and maintained great communication throughout the project. Highly recommend ASA for all your flooring needs!

They spent plenty of time explaining beforehand the ins and outs of such an installation (and what was and wasn't covered given we didn't purchase the product through them) and got to work just a couple of days after we initially spoke. Their people were professional and did a great job. There was a little bit of miscommunication about the final day of work, but it got sorted out quickly and easily. We would for sure recommend using them, and would hire them again if the need came up.
Description of Work: We had purchased flooring ourselves (for several rooms). We were going go put it in ourselves but saw a YouTube video about how difficult it can be (if you get "off" a small bit on one part, it can really mess the whole floor up- so we decided to use a professional for installation.
